1. Amendments

We may alter these Terms at any point, and such changes will be reflected on our Site. Continued use of our Site indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you violate these Terms, we may limit your access to our Site.

2. Intellectual Property

We own or licence all content and designs on our Site, which are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Use of this content is strictly for browsing; any reproduction or distribution needs our written consent.

3. User Rights

Subject to the above licence, You own all Assets You create with the Services, provided they were created in accordance with this Agreement. This excludes others' rights, which images remain owned by the original Asset creators. LoreKeeper makes no representations or warranties with respect to the current law that might apply to You.

Paid Subscribers

If You are a Paid Subscriber, You own all Assets You create using the Services in full, and everything available on the paid plan is provided for You to use, including for commercial purposes. This ownership is subject only to the attribution requirement in Section 4 and the rights of any third-party Asset creators.

Free Users

If You are not a Paid Subscriber, You don't own the Assets You create. Instead, LoreKeeper grants You a license to the Assets under the Creative Commons Noncommercial 4.0 Attribution International License (the "Asset License").

4. Attribution

All users, whether Paid Subscribers or not, must include the following acknowledgement on its own line in any published work that uses Assets created with the Services:

This attribution must be clearly visible and presented as a standalone line (not embedded within other text). Failure to include this attribution is a breach of these Terms.

5. Site Usage

Our Site is solely for information about Lorekeeper. We strive for uninterrupted, error-free services but cannot guarantee this. Your use of our Site is at your own risk.

6. External Websites

We may include links to other websites for convenience. We cannot guarantee their reliability, legality, or safety, and using them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

Although compiled in good faith, our Site may have defects or viruses. We disclaim all warranties related to the Site and any software downloaded from it. We're not responsible for any damages, actions, products, or services of third parties mentioned on our Site.

8. Prohibited Activities

Posting of obscene, harmful, illegal, or offensive content is strictly forbidden. Commercial use of the Site itself (such as scraping, reselling access, or unauthorised resale of the Services), spamming, posting of harmful software, off-topic discussions, and unauthorised linking to our Site are also prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not restrict Paid Subscribers from using Assets they create commercially as permitted under Section 3. Violators may have their access to our Site terminated.

We're not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information obtained through the Site.

These Terms are governed by English law. If a court deems any of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
